HOW OFTEN DO YOU SERVICE POLICIES?
We like to check in with our policyholders a minimum of once a year, checking EFT information, mailing and billing addresses, as well as benefits and coverages.
CAN YOU SERVICE A POLICY THAT BC BROKERAGE DIDN'T ISSUE?
Yes we can! We will need to complete the appropriate Agent of Record (AOR) change forms. Many carriers still require these to be completed with a wet signature.
WHAT CORRESPONDENCE DO I HAVE WITH THE CARRIER?
The insurance carrier will always have statements that match with your premium frequency. It is important to keep your addresses up to date to make sure you receive these.
We can also assign a 3rd party assignee to receive notice on premium notices, benefit changes, and more.
IS BC BROKERAGE OPEN TO WORKING WITH MY CURRENT ADVISOR?
Of course we are, because we do what's best for our clients.
