The BC Advisor Portal is up and running!
2022 has been the year of systems at BC Brokerage.
To keep up with the growing demand for our services, we've needed to update, refine, and automate our processes to continue to deliver the high level of service that we provide for our clients and partners alike.
Communication is crucial to the success of our business.
We service multiple parties at once. This includes the client, the advisor, the carrier, the underwriters, the medical examiners, and more!
To manage all of this, we use our Agency Management System (AMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwares.
We've been using email updates for the last ~2.5 years and will continue to do so.
But, we've realized the need for a central, universal system for the advisor to monitor their clients in underwriting and in-force business.
This is where we've been working closely with our AMS/CRM partners and outside consultants to develop an advisor portal with a direct integration from our CRM.
This will allow you, as the advisor, to submit new business and monitor in-force insurance business through one universal portal.
The portal is currently in it's MVP (minimum viable product) stage for those who have read "The Lean Startup" by Eric Ries.
This portal has a $0 membership.
All advisors who work with us will have a portal.
We are rolling this out slowly as we ensure smooth onboarding for all advisors.
All feedback and recommendations are welcome!
In the next 12 months, we will be working to implement:
Property and Casualty written by BC, all 50 states (home, auto, umbrella, small biz, and more!)
Medicare written by BC, all 50 states.
Client Portal
Reporting features and enhanced policy reminders within portal
Automate 1 page insurance analysis
and much, much more!
New Only Fee-Only podcasts are up!
